As promised, I said I would give back when my book received 25 reviews on Amazon. I am overjoyed with all the great reviews; 24 are Five Stars. I would love to reduce the cost of the hardback and paperback, but if I did, I would be paying you to buy the book, not much of a profit margin on physical books.
